Since our services involve consultation, analysis, and strategic planning, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. However, exceptions may apply in specific cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

✔ Service Not Delivered: If a client has paid for a service that was not provided due to an error on our part, a full refund may be issued.
✔ Cancellation Before Service Initiation: If a client cancels a service before any work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
✔ Failure to Meet Agreed Deliverables: If we are unable to deliver the service as outlined in the agreed terms, we may issue a refund or offer an alternative service.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

✖ The service has already been delivered as agreed.
✖ Dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations rather than service quality.
✖ The client has failed to provide necessary information for service completion.

3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

Provide detailed information regarding the issue, including proof of payment and service details.
Our team will review the request and respond within 10 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

✔ Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
✔ Processing time may take between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider.
✔ Administrative fees may apply for cancellations.

5. Service Modifications Instead of Refunds
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

✔ Service Adjustments – Modifying the original service to better align with client expectations.
✔ Future Credit – Providing a credit that can be applied toward future consultations.

We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work with clients to resolve concerns.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled consultation may result in a cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice may forfeit any refund eligibility.
7. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Disputes related to refunds will be handled in accordance with South African legal guidelines.
